Questions
Where can I buy Salexe socks?
Salexe socks are launching soon in our Amazon store. Sign up on our home page to hear the day they go live. Amazon will handle payment, delivery and returns.
Which countries will you ship to?
We are launching on Amazon.com in the United States first, with more Amazon marketplaces to follow.
Will my socks shrink?
No. Every pair is industrially washed and steam-boarded before packing, so shrinking happens during production, not in your washing machine.
How should I wash them?
Machine wash at 30–40°C with similar colours, inside out. Tumble dry low or line dry. Skip the bleach.
How do returns work?
Returns follow Amazon's return policy for the marketplace you ordered from. Start a return from Your Orders on Amazon.
Do you make custom or wholesale orders?
Yes, for larger quantities. Send us a message using the form below with the style, quantity and timing you need.
