  • Utah (UCPA)

If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of a consumer, we may require proof of authorization before processing the request.

  • The email address associated with your Salexe account or order
  • The type of request (Access / Delete / Correct / Portability)

4. How We Process Your Request

  • We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days
  • We will fulfill your request within 45 days of receipt
  • If we need additional time, we will notify you within the initial 45-day period
  • We may need to verify your identity before processing your request

5. No Discrimination

We will never discriminate against you for exercising your data rights. Submitting a request will not affect the quality, price, or availability of our products or services.
