1. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Need it faster? Express shipping is available for just $9.99. No hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and product availability. We ship from multiple fulfillment centers to ensure the fastest possible delivery for you.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment at any time by visiting our Track Order page at Track Your Oder.
Please allow 3–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to be updated in the system.
5. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and its territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.
6. Customs & Import
In the U.S., shipments valued at less than $800 are exempt from customs duties (De Minimis rule)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at salexe.store@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Salexe is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at salexe.store@gmail.com before your order is shipped.
