1. 30-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked. We believe shopping should be risk-free, and we want you to feel confident every time you order from Salexe.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The item is in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • The item is in its original packaging where possible

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are fully eligible for a return or replacement regardless of condition.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return (optional — no explanation required)
  • A photo of the item if it arrived damaged or defective

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.


4. Return Shipping

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We will cover the full cost of return shipping. A prepaid return label will be provided.
  • Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


6. Replacements

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may choose a full replacement instead of a refund. Simply mention your preference when contacting us and we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items that show clear signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components not due to our error

8. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at salexe.store@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, the standard return process applies.
